14-Day Right of Withdrawal

At Spellkast Olfaktiv, we want you to feel confident in your purchase.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

To submit a return or cancellation request, use the “Returns and cancellations” link in our storefront footer, sign in to your customer account, and open the relevant order. You can also contact info@studio-spellkast.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. You must send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us.

You are responsible for the direct cost of return postage for change-of-mind returns. Please contact us before sending perfume back so we can provide suitable shipping instructions.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, missing or incorrect, contact info@studio-spellkast.com as soon as possible with your order number.

Where possible, include clear photos of the product, packaging and any visible damage to help us investigate. We will work with you to arrange an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement or refund, in accordance with your statutory rights.

Our customer-paid return postage policy does not apply to valid claims for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods.

Uncollected Packages

If an uncollected package is returned to us, contact info@studio-spellkast.com to arrange the next steps.

Not collecting a package does not, by itself, constitute notice that you are exercising your right of withdrawal. Any charges for return delivery or resending will be explained and applied only where permitted by law. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Refunds

For valid withdrawals, we will refund the payments required by law, including the cost of our standard outbound delivery. Any additional cost of an upgraded delivery option is not refundable.

Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed that your refund was issued, contact info@studio-spellkast.com.

Product Condition and Exceptions

Please handle products carefully while deciding whether to keep them. Where permitted by law, we may deduct an amount reflecting any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics and functioning.

Certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable law. These can include clearly personalised goods and sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Any applicable exception will be communicated before purchase.

Opening a perfume bottle or Discovery Set does not automatically remove your statutory rights. Exceptions to withdrawal do not affect your rights if goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect.
